ALL EXHIBITORS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING RULES, NO EXCEPTIONS
1. THIS IS A JURIED SHOW- The committee reserves the to accept or reject any exhibitor and to assign spaces. We also reserve the right to ask the participant to leave WITHOUT REFUND if a disagreement results over the location of booth space or if a participant abuses the rules.
2. There will be no refunds after reservations are accepted.
3. Exhibitors must be set up by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday or booth space will be relinquished.
4. If parking in space, exhibitor MUST reserve adequate space to accommodate vehicle, including bumpers and hitches. Those reserving 10 foot spaces MUST park elsewhere.
5. Homemade jams, jellies, packaged homemade breads, cookies, noodles, and candy may be sold. Apples, beverages, sandwiches, popcorn, candy bars and gum may not be sold.
6. Exhibitors will not display or sell any items which are not suitable for a family festival or is objectionable to the committee.
7. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS WILL BE ALLOWED. Any infraction of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the show. Law enforcement officers will be in attendance all weekend.
8. No electric heaters or air conditioners allowed due to limited electricity.
9. Exhibitor must remove all paper and trash from booth and put by trash barrels before leaving.
10. No sub-letting of spaces permitted.
11. You are responsible for your own security. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
12. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST REPORT TO THE CRAFT/FLEA MARKET OFFICE BEFORE SETTING UP.
